I needed a place to stay close to the airport, and this hotel fit the bill. The large, clean rooms provided plenty of comfort, and the small balcony was a nice touch. I appreciated the good breakfast options available, which helped start my day right. Additionally, the pool area was a great way to unwind and relax between my travels.

Enjoyed the spacious double room with a lovely balcony offering scenic views. The pool area was a real treat, immaculate and inviting with plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast featured a nice variety, including delicious Greek pastries and fresh fruit. Staff were always accommodating, especially when they found and kept my forgotten phone charger. Free parking was a major plus. However, the air conditioning could use a boost. room felt slightly warm at times. Also, juices at breakfast lacked chill, which could be improved.

I experienced quite a few issues during my stay. The room felt hot and stuffy, making it uncomfortable for relaxation. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and did not provide the service I expected, such as refusing to give us spare towels.

i was so looking forward to my stay, yet faced a slippery bath and a atrocious breakfast selection. how can a hotel be this tired? certainly expected more, given the reputation. A complimentary drink or an upgrade would have been lovely. instead, just the usual subpar service. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't!

the ambassador hotel thessaloniki is in a fantastic location, just a short drive from makedonia airport. the room was clean and had a lovely balcony with a scenic view. i really enjoyed the pool bar being open late, and the staff served me a great drink. the breakfast was also excellent, and they were very helpful in arranging a taxi for my next morning's travel.
